Cortez Hill Condos Sold Jan to April 2014

Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyers who would prefer a quiet and more residential neighborhood tend to choose Cortez Hill as their next place to call home. With the most northeastern orientation compared to the other neighborhoods in Downtown San Diego, Cortez Hill lays away from the vibrant Gaslamp and Little Italy but is yet a short stroll away. Balboa Park and freeways are easily accessed by both pedestrians and car drivers. You will find a mixture of Victorian homes, town homes, row homes, loft buildings, apartment complexes and condo communities. This is a very desirable place to invest in as it is known to be the safest and most quiet neighborhood along with many new infrastructures on the horizons.

A total of 29 Cortez Hill Condos and Lofts were sold during January to April of 2014. This is exactly the same amount of homes that sold the year before (2013). Most sales went to The Mills, Aria and El Cortex that each had five homes sold. Thereafter, Discovery four condos sold. Symphony Terraces comes in on third place with three transactions. Two homes sold goes to Cortez Blu. Solara Loft, Park View, City Mark @ Cortez Hill and Beech Tower had one sale each.
