East Village Condos Sold Jan to April 2014 The East Village in Downtown San Diego has been the most popular neighborhood among Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyers the last couple of years. It has had the most sales compared to the other neighborhoods for some time now. It is to no surprise that so many like this new thriving area where Petco Park, the new main Downtown San Diego Library, the Thomas Jefferson Law School among numerous restaurants, bars and local shops fill the streets. It is here you will find work, live and play in a mixture of green grass areas, residential buildings, and businesses.

A total of 79 East Village Condos and Lofts were sold during January to April of 2014. This is slight lower compared to the year before (2013) with 88 condos sold. Most sales went to Smart Corner. Icon (11 sales) and The Mark (10 sales) were not too far behind. The Legend had 9 sales and Park Loft had 8 sales. We are from here going down to 1 to 5 sales among Alta, Diamond Terrace, Element, Fahrenheit, Lofts @ 777, M2i, Metrome, Nexus, Metropolitan, Park Blvd West, Park Terrace and Sam Fox Lofts.
