Why pay more?
We Charge 5% per month for property management services. You pay nothing up front. We collect the rent for you. We deposit rent proceeds into your bank account minus our 5% monthly fee.
Listing Fee
This fee covers our time and costs for professional photographs, advertising, communication with prospective tenants, showings, screening tenant applicants and credit reports, writing a comprehensive lease and addendum and to ensure HOA guidelines are meet.
Referral Fee
This fee is paid to a referring real estate agent if one is involved in procuring a desirable tenant. It is paid after the tenant moves in. Offering this fee ensures your property to attracts the most showing attention possible from other agents as an active listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
Combined Fee
Should our firm act as both the Lease Listing and Tenant Referring agent without a referring agent’s involvement, the Combined Lease List/Tenant Referral Fee will be discounted by 20%.
