Fahrenheit Review and Rating
5/5 Built in 2006 77 unitsThe Fahrenheit Lofts were created in 2006 by Citymark, the same developer as M2i across the street. It resembles appointments that remind you of true, urban Downtown San Diego loft living. With its small community in the middle of the East Village, Fahrenheit has lower HOA fees as no amenities are offered except secure underground parking and a fully gated complex.
Fahrenheit’s floor plans are creative, as the developer wanted to create contemporary, unique spaces for the urban resident. You will find higher ceilings, exposed elements, open floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, a modern design, and smaller outdoor spaces. Fahrenheit Lofts are for the Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyer who values smaller, open living space along with unique floor plans.
Fahrenheit consists of retail space on street level where you would have the option to buy a two story loft style unit with office/retail on street level and living space on the second. There are only a few of these homes in the building, so it is a rare find should any of them become available for sale. Petco Park with its vibrant game days are located within a short 1 block walk and world class dining and entertainment can be found either around the corner or a few blocks away in the historic Gaslamp Quarter.
