Hawthorn Place Condos and Hawthorn Place Lofts have a traditional Italian design and are located in an apartment style complex situated at the corner of W Hawthorn Street and Kettner Blvd. Hawthorn Place has an ideal Little Italy location with easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and shops along India Street.

Developer Philip Boczanowski completed Hawthorn Place in 2004 and it consists of 35 Little Italy Condos and street level retail spaces divided between four stories. This complex is one of Little Italy’s smallest residential condo buildings and has some of the lowest HOA fees you can find in Downtown San Diego. Hawthorn Place is made of wood and has a stucco exterior with two story townhomes and condos, along with high ceilinged top floor penthouses.

From an investment point of view, Hawthorne Place would be for the Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyer who is looking to buy in a great Little Italy neighborhood location that has lower HOA fees and moderately priced units compared to other buildings in Downtown San Diego.
