As many of you already know, we are frequent visitors to the weekly Brokers Caravan in Downtown San Diego. This home was one of our top choices for this week.
Citywalk #323, listed by Jessup & Associates Realty, has been on the market for 43 days at a price of $879,000. This Marina District Condo feels like a home in the city.
This South facing Marina District Condo has a one-of-a-kind floor plan. There are two levels with 1,922 square feet of indoor living space spread out over a 2 bedroom and a 2.5 bathroom floor plan. There are two balconies, one on each level that will extend that living space.
