Citywalk #323 For Sale in Downtown San Diego’s Marina District

As many of you already know, we are frequent visitors to the weekly Brokers Caravan in Downtown San Diego. This home was one of our top choices for this week.

Citywalk #323, listed by Jessup & Associates Realty, has been on the market for 43 days at a price of $879,000. This Marina District Condo feels like a home in the city.

This South facing Marina District Condo has a one-of-a-kind floor plan. There are two levels with 1,922 square feet of indoor living space spread out over a 2 bedroom and a 2.5 bathroom floor plan. There are two balconies, one on each level that will extend that living space.

You will enter this home on the third level. The building has a total of four levels. You will find a spacious hallway entrance, the half bath, the living room and kitchen on this level. A staircase will take you down to the two bedrooms and the two full bathrooms.

One of the best features of this home is the good amount of storage. There are two storage closets on each balcony, a closet under the staircase along with a walk in closet in the master bedroom and regular closets in the second bedroom.

Side by side parking spaces and two smaller storage cases are also included in the sale. The monthly HOA fees of $432 are considerable low for being in the luxury Marina neighborhood.

There are as of 06/25/2015 three condos for sale at Citywalk. The above mentioned unit (#323) is the highest priced home. The lowest priced unit is #427 (2 bed with 1,273 sq.ft) and is listed at $535,000. The third property unit #129 (same floor plan as #323 but is located on street level and has the bedrooms upstairs) is listed at $875,000 (only $3,000 less than #323).
