417 Downtown San Diego Condos and Lofts sold from January to June 2015. January had a total of 47 sales, February had 58, March had 86, April had 83, and May had 84. June lead the way with 113 condos sold.
1st Place - The East Village neighborhood is still going strong with 130 condos sold during these six months. The pure loft community, M2i, had most sales of 19 closed escrow transactions.
2nd Place - The Marina District is still trying hard to catch the East Village. With a 2nd place and 114 condos sold this neighborhood is not too far behind. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next few months. Cityfront Terrace sold 13 homes and took 1st place of the number of sales compared to the other condo communities in this neighborhood.
3rd Place - Little Italy took 3rd place with 74 condos sold. Acqua Vista was the strong leader with 15 sales.
4th Place - The Columbia District sold 69 homes leaving it to take 4th place. The highest residential condo tower in Downtown San Diego, Electra, sold most homes of 24 compared to the other condo communities in the neighborhood.
5th Place - With 61 condos sold, Cortez Hill took 5th place. Aria sold 11 condos and took 1st place among the Cortez Hill condo communities.
6th Place - The Gaslamp Quarter, also the smallest neighborhood, took 6th place with 24 homes sold. Gaslamp City Square and Trellis shared a 1st place with 10 condos sold each.
