Downtown San Diego's Cortez Hill Condos Sold

The Cortez Hill neighborhood sold 61 Downtown San Diego Condos during January to June 2015. The above graph shows number of transactions that closed escrow for each condo community in the neighborhood.
1st Place - Aria
The Anka Development Aria took first place with 11 condos sold. Aria is the sister property to Alta that is located in the East Village neighborhood. Aria currently has seven active homes for sale.
Split 2nd Place – Aloft and The Mills
Aloft and The Mills both had 10 sales. Both communities are located to the north of the Cortez Hill neighborhood.
3rd Place – El Cortez
El Cortez had 6 closed transactions. El Cortez is an historical building and used to be the tallest building in the city.
Spit 4th Place – Discovery and Symphony Terrace
Discovery and Symphony Terrace shared 4th place with five sold condos each.
5th Place – Cortez Blu
Four homes closed escrow in Cortez Blu. This community is currently in litigation. There are three condos for sale. All under the $500,000 price range.
Split 6th Place – Beech Tower and Solara Lofts
Beech Tower and Solara Lofts shared 6th place with three sold homes each.
7th Place – Park @ 10th
Park @ 10th sold two properties. There are currently three homes for sale in this building. All around the $400,000 price range.
Split 8th Place – CityMark @ Cortez Hill and Park View
One home each was sold in CityMark @ Cortez Hill and Park View.
June was the month that had most sales. 18 homes closed escrow. March had 12 closed transactions. April and May shared 3rd place with 11 homes sold each. January had six sales and February had three.
