East Village Condos Sold - Jan to June 2014

379 condos and lofts sold in Downtown San Diego during the first 6 month of 2014. Downtown San Diego Real Estate analytics has for some time now showed that the East Village neighborhood has been the strong leader in most closed transactions. With a total of 119 condos and lofts sold, the East Village is still on top.

Check out the following more detailed information about each East Village condo community.

• Most condos sold in the East Village went to Icon with 16 closed transactions. Eight out of these were sold in the first quarter and the other eight were sold in the second quarter. Most sales occurred in January and June where six condos sold in each month. 
• Smart Corner had 15 sales and was only one transaction behind Icon. Eight out of these sales were sold in the first quarter and seven were sold in the second quarter. Most sales occurred in March and April as they had four sales each.
• The luxury complex The Mark comes in on third place of most homes sales with 14 East Village condos sold. Seven of these homes sold in the first quarter and the other half sold in the second quarter. Jan, March, April and May were all good months at this complex as they had an equal of three transactions closed.
• The Legend had 11 condos sold. Seven homes sold in the first quarter and four sold in the second quarter. March had four sales and was the month that had most activity.
• 10 transactions went to Parkloft. Seven of these East Village Lofts sold in the first quarter and three sold in the second quarter. Five out of these sold in March.
• M2i had eight lofts sold. All of them sold in the second quarter. April and June had most activity with three homes sold each.
• Fahrenheit had seven lofts sold. All of these sold in the second quarter and May had most sales with three closed transactions.
• Metrome had a total of six condos sold. Most of the sales happened in the second quarter as four homes sold. April was the busiest month with three sold homes.  
• Six condos sold in Park Terrace. Two of them sold in the first quarter and four sold in the second quarter. Three out of these sold in the month of June.
• Union Square had six sold homes. Four of these homes sold in the first quarter and two sold in the second quarter. Most condos sold in March (two sales).
• Lofts @ 777 had five closed transactions. Two of them closed in the first quarter and three sold in the second quarter. Jan and June had most activity with two homes sold each.
• Nexus had four sold East Village condos. Two sold in the first quarter and the remaining two sold in the second quarter. Jan, March, April and May had one transaction each.
 Alta had a total of two homes sold. Both of them sold in the second quarter. One in April and one in May.
• Diamond Terrace had a total of two homes sold as well.  One sold in the first quarter (March) and the other one sold in the second quarter (May).
• The Metropolitan (OMNI) had two sales and both of them sold in April. 
• Two sales went to Park Blvd East. One sold in May and the other one sold in June.
• Park Blvd West had two sold transactions. One sold in Jan and the other one sold in June. 
• Element had one sold condo and this one sold in April.
