Location, location, location! The Gaslamp Quarter is for the Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyer who wants to invest in the middle of the most active urban community. The Gaslamp Quarter is the smallest but the most active area in Downtown San Diego. You will find a mixture of historical buildings, condo and loft communities, apartments, retail and offices. It is here most of the festivities, parties and events will take place. Some of the most known ones are Mardi Gras, ShamROCK and Street Scene Music Festival just to name a few. The Gaslamp is as mentioned above the smallest neighborhood in Downtown San Diego. You will only find three condo communities in this energetic neighborhood. They are: Gaslamp City Square, Trellis and Crown Bay.
