Gaslamp District Condos Sold Jan to Sept 2014

The Gaslamp District had a total of 21 closed Downtown San Diego Condos and Lofts during January to September of 2014. The East Village took first place with a 157 sold condos. The Marina District took a second place with 129 condos sold. Little Italy came in on the third place with 111 sold homes. The Columbia District had a fourth place with 84 closed condos and Cortez Hill took fifth place with 65 homes sold. 567 condos in 92101 Downtown San Diego sold during this period.
Crown Bay, Gaslamp City Square and Trellis are the condo communities found in the Gaslamp Quarter leaving it to be the smallest neighborhood in Downtown San Diego. Gaslamp is also the most well-known neighborhood and famous for location, location, location along with historical buildings and first class restaurants. Other attractions and events taking place in the Gaslamp are: ShamROCK, Mardi Gras and Street Scene Music Festival just to name a few.
The following Gaslamp condo communities had the following number of condos sold:
• 14 condos sold in Gaslamp City Square. This was the complex with most sales in this neighborhood.
• Trellis had 4 condos sold.
• Crown Bay had 3 closed transactions.
