Little Italy Condos Sold Jan to April 2014
Acqua Vista had most sales5/5 Posted on June 03, 2014 by Pete Thistle.
It is mostly because of the colorful and small neighborhood feel that Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyers decide to invest in Little Italy Condos and Lofts. You will find a mixture of residential and commercial structures among many small lofty art stores, Italian fine restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in a somewhat hilly lush landscaped terrain. Proximity to freeways, the airport, Balboa Park and the beautiful waterfront are other reasons why Little Italy tends to be such a popular place to call home.
A total of 58 Little Italy Condos and Lofts were sold during January to April of 2014. It is quite interesting that this year’s sales are just one sale less compared to the year before (2013) with 59 condos sold. The condo community that had most sales was Aqcua Vista with 20 transactions. All the other complexes had fewer than 10 sales each. Palermo had seven units sold, Porto Sienna had six, Breeza had five sold and La Vita had four. Doma and Aperture had three sales each. Moto Villas, 350 W Ash had two sales each. Portico, Village Walk, Waterfront, Hawthorn Place, Ecco Lofts and Fir Lofts had one sale each.
