Marina District Condos Sold - Jan to June 2014 The Marina District had a total of 83 homes sold out of the 379 condos that was sold in Downtown San Diego during January to June 2014. This number puts the Marina neighborhood in second place after the number one East Village that had a total of 119 condos and lofts sold. Renaissance and Horizons shared first place with 11 closed transactions and Pinnacle was just one sale off with 10 condos sold.

Meridian had a total of six closed transactions. Two condos sold in the first quarter and the remaining sold in the second quarter. June had most activity with three closed transactions.
235 on Market had three sales. Two of the sales closed escrow in the first quarter and one sale closed in the second quarter. February was the month that had most sales (two condos sold).
Atria had four homes sold. One condo sold in the first quarter and three sold in the second quarter. June had most activity with two sales.
Cityfront Terrace had a total of eight condos sold. Two homes sold in the first quarter and the remaining six transactions closed escrow in the second quarter. The transactions were spread out pretty evenly with two homes sold in each month during the second quarter.
City Walk had one transaction that occurred in the month of May. Two homes sold in the first quarter and the other condos sold in the second quarter. Both April and May had two transactions each.
Columbia Place had six condo sales.
Harbor Club sold six homes. Two of the homes sold closed escrow in the first quarter and the remaining four homes sold in the second quarter. May showed most activity with three homes sold.
Horizons had 11 condo sales. Five homes sold in the first quarter and the other six sold in the second quarter. February was a good month with four homes sold.
Park Place had seven closed transactions. Three homes sold in the first quarter and four homes sold in the second quarter. April showed most activity with three sold condos.
Park Row had seven condo sales. Three out of the seven sold condos closed in the first quarter and the remaining four sold in the second quarter. February and June showed most activity with two sales each.
Pinnacle sold 10 condos. The first and second quarter had equal amounts of sales. Most activity occurred in February with three condos sold.
Renaissance had 11 sales. Five condos sold in the first quarter and the remaining six sales closed in the second quarter. Jan and April had most activity with three sales each.
Watermark had three condo sales. One sale occurred in the first quarter and two homes sold during the second quarter.
