Electra Review and Rating5/5 Built in 2007 248 units
Electra Condos, Penthouses, and Townhomes were built in 2007 by the American company Bosa Development. Bosa is a well-known builder that also delivered the complexes Discovery, Horizons, Park Place, Electra, Bayside, and Legend. With its 43 stories of 248 luxury residences in the Columbia District, it is the highest residential condo tower in Downtown San Diego.
One of the unique appointments of the Electra building is its remodel of the historical SDG&E Station B Power Plant building. It has been transformed into a luxury living space along with a high-end community lounge.
Electra is located across from the Embarcadero and the waterfront which is ideal for easily accessible walks to the Gaslamp, Seaport Village, and the Santa Fe Train Station. As any other of Bosa’s developments, Electra Condos include many fine amenities like a fitness center, a steam room and sauna, a 5th floor pool area along with green grass space and sitting areas, a full time concierge, valet parking, and a gated community.
Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyers value the long term investment that Electra offers as it is surrounded by the areas that are or will be presenting new infrastructure and neighborhood growth. Some of the finished, ongoing, and future projects are the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan, the Broadway Cruise Ship Terminal, Ruocco Park, and the Lane Field Project.
