Downtown San Diego Real Estate buyers see this neighborhood as a very desirable place to call home due to the safe and quiet streets, the proximity to Balboa Park, and everything that Downtown San Diego has to offer. Over the next couple of years, new residential condo infrastructure developments will emerge. Among these, 777 Beech Condominiums and Grand Pacific Tower have been approved by Civic San Diego (former Centre City Development Corporation, CCDC).
